Cubita Café started in a two car garage during quarantine, making homemade empanadas from scratch and best known for our everything bagel empanada. Since the garage our repertoire has grown, now serving our own custom coffee, Cuban style sandwiches, homemade desserts and shakes. Where Hip-hop culture meets modern takes on Cuban staples. Breaking the boundaries of traditional Cuban cuisine while still highlighting Abuelita’s flavor profile.
